CUP SKI & SNOWBOARD VISE
If
you're looking for one vise that does it all...check out our best-selling model
for home tuners. It's a no-nonsense, aluminum-alloy midpoint vise that features
especially deep and grabby jaws. It securely grips sidewalls to hold skis in
a "base up" position for tuning and waxing...or, if the ski is wider than 90mm
underfoot, it also grips underbinding plates equally well. It clamps to workbenches
or tables up to 2.25" thick, and includes two spring-loaded tip and tail supports
that adjust in height from 3.5" to 5.25". These supports also feature their
own individual clamps to grip skis or snowboards "edge up" for side filing,
beveling, deburring, etc... a very clever and time-saving feature. Several optional
support platforms are available to affix atop each tip and tail support...the
snowboard platforms are made of aluminum and feature a grippy surface to frictionally secure snowboards
placed on 'em...and the nordic platforms are made of molded plastic and provide greater underski support for
flexible nordic ski tips and tails.

This compact and sturdy metal vise is the perfect choice for tuners seeking simplicity and economy. A hefty rubber lasso wraps around the binding's toe piece securing the central clamp, two rigid tip and tail supports with extremely tacky rubber pads accommodate the ski base-up, vertically or at a 45-degree angle. Compact size is great for travel friendly. Works very well with telemark bindings, just wrap the rubber lasso around the toebar and pass it back through itself to the central clamp!.

These
simple puppies pull ski brake arms up and out of your way for tuning ski bases
and edges. They feature a sturdy round rubber loop with a handy finger pull
and hook so you don't pinch a pinkie in the process. The go on fast and easy,
and work great. Get a few so you don't have to switch `em back and forth between
skis while tuning...it's a little luxury most anyone can afford.

This
portable table is for
the majority of us home tuners who, although shamelessly lusting to own the
Swix Pro Tuning Table (see below), are nonetheless pragmatic and sensible enough
to recognize a really great deal when we see it! This table is a little narrower
and lighter than the Swix Pro Table, but is still burly enough for most any
home or race tuning/waxing needs. The legs fold up for easy transport and storage,
and one leg is adjustable in length to compensate for uneven ground. It measures 47" long x
12" wide x 35" high. An optional nylon travel and storage bag is available for this table, as are
