Product Description
Keep your climbing skins ice-free and sliding smoothly with Oneball's skin wax. Spring time, or warm days with fresh snow, can cause nasty icing issues on climbing skins. When wet skins make the transition from snow that is right around freezing onto cold new snow or the shady side of a skin track they can freeze and collect ice or snow, especially if the original DWR coating has worn off. Skin wax can greatly reduce the likelihood of this happening. It is also great to apply to any skins when you are dealing with a long, flat approach as glide is improved. Best applied to warm, dry skins (see below).

To Apply:
Rub wax from tip to tail on warm, dry skins. If you need to apply on the hill, remove ice from skins, face skins into the sun and try to dry them out a bit and warm them up, this will make the application easier and more effective.
