Sometimes pre-cut boot fitting pads don't do exactly what you need. We offer this 1/8" thick self-adhesive foam in a large sheet that you can cut with scissors to any desired shape.
- Firm material.
- Material can be sanded to blend transition if desired.
- It has a pressure-sensitive, self-adhesive coating on one side.

Versatile Boot Fit Aid
This foam can be cut easily into any shape that you need. It is dense enough to make a difference in how boots fit, but soft enough to be comfortable. Adheres well to all surfaces.

Big decline in quality
I'm very disappointed by the quality of the current version. They are thinner, less firm, and have very poor adhesion compared to the foam sheets I've bought from Tognar in the past. I still have a bit of the old version left and was able to compare them directly. Will not buy again and cannot recommend.

I use these in my shoes, rollerblades and ski boots. Versatile product and the adhesive works for a long time.

Good quality foam
Good quality foam in a good general purpose thickness for fine tuning boot fit. Easy to work with. Adhesive sticks well. Typically when using this for custom work, I'll apply the custom foam shape to the liner and then apply a layer of fabric tape (ie: duct/duck tape, gorilla tape) over the shape (such that the taped area is at least 3/4" wider than the foam shape). Protects the foam from wear & assure it won't ever dislodge.

Nice Shim Material for the Creative
I use this material for a lot of different purposes, taking up space inside ski boots, shimming running and cycling shoe tongues, wherever it will work. It's a firm foam, very durable and the adhesive stays stuck well. Easy to cut and skive. We all pronate quite a bit, enough that canting adjustments in skate ski boots won't completely correct. A layer or two of this foam applied to one side of our boot cuffs provides the remaining correction needed to flatten our skis.

Worked like a treat
Bought this and one of the custom pads to use on my snowboard boots as I get a lot of heel lift due to having a narrow heel. I ended up cutting my own custom shape and it worked like a treat. Very easy to cut.
