Excellent purchase66
I bought these to take up some empty space in my snowboard boots. I taped them in between my insoles & boots, and they've made a huge improvement in comfort & feel on the board.

outstanding product
I was able to stand up straight in the proper ski positio for the first time since I started skiing 3 years ago! The heel lifts put me in the proper stance immediately; I could barely ski beginner runs before and had terrible calf pain and little control before. With these lifts I skied Intermediates all day with NO Pain and no soreness the next day!!! The lifts even worked inside the boots, as I could not remove the liner from the rental boots. Thank you Tognar!

1/2 Heel lifts
I've had both my ankles fused and these heel lifts allow me to obtain the proper ankle to continue skiing comfortably. I placed them between the boot and the liner and used double stick fiberglass tape with great results. Highly recommended.

Ski Instructor Pushes Heel Lifts
On the advice Jeannie Thoren at an indoor clinic some years ago, I advised my female students to try heel lifts. The concept is simple anatomy. The female achilles tendon is shorter so the calf muscle attaches lower on the leg. By the time she gets the boot buckled it pulls the heel off the floor of the boot and pinches the calf. Instead of buckling tighter, just lift the foot up to the boot with heel lifts. This also means buckling around a slightly smaller portion of the calf. Instant relief. Bootfitter’s aspirin.

Boot Heel Lifts
Great fit. Too bad it doesn't have sticky base on the bottom. Had to glue them on myself.
