Product Description
SVST Final Cut base bevel guides are machined from solid aluminum and stainless steel for maximum accuracy and durability. They feature replaceable Delrin pads where the tool contacts steel edges. We feel they are one of the nicest to use, and most precise base bevel tools available. The guide uses a "shim" to lift one end of the file or stone at a fixed height, while allowing the other end to rest on one base edge. This ensures a precise and consistent base bevel along the entire length of the ski without being influenced by sidecut curvature. An open frame allows the use of a wide variety of stones and files.
- The guides can be used with your favorite steel file, diamond stones or ceramic stones.
- We recommend 100mm and longer for best results.
- Available in .5°, .7°, 1°, 1.5° and 2°.

quality jig
I was a ski instructor for many years and I was using multi angle adjustable jigs with satisfactory results. We don't have the time to tune, so I didnt realize how much of an improvement using a device like this would give me. Just incredible and well worth it. Supurb machine shop quality construction and design. I am planning on getting other angles as I tune multiple skis as well. Multi angle tuners that I used employed an adjustable wheel that rode on the base. The contact point of that wheel is quite small and so any base variation changes the angle on the edge. These have a bigger footprint which keeps the angle more consistent along the length of the ski. Really happy with the noticed improvement of my edges and now that I use this I cant imagine going back to multi tuners. The improvement in my edge is just too good.

Excellent bevel guide
Very high quality and easy to use. The best there is IMO. Buy an extra set of the plastic slides that run along the base edge because you will notice they are worn some day and rather than waiting for the mail you can replace them with pre-purchased spares, keep tuning and order more for next time. It's always great when you have the best tool for the job!

Great guide Built solid A lot of money for just one angle Wish you could add a plate to this system to change angles without buying one guide for each different angle But it's a very reliable guide Wouldn't swap that for any adjustable guide system

Good Choice
The quality of materials in this tool is excellent. I question the long term accuracy of the tool due to the wear on the glide pads which need to be replaced.

Far superior to the plastic Beast tool. Expensive but worth the price because of no flex and superior edge holdinging quality.
