These clever bevel shims enable you to increase the angle of any SVST side angle guide (i.e., add a 1° adaptor to a 1° guide and you get 2°) They save you money and space in your toolbox. The aluminum adapters are solid, accurate and beautifully machined. They're designed to fit snuggly into the machined groove of an SVST side angle guide. Use with a Spring Clamp or the SVST Pro Edge Clamp. Not compatible with the SVST Quick Release Edge Beveler Clamp.

game changer
Wow what a great way of making my side edge SVST more versatile. When reading the description it lead me to think I could stack these in multiples on the guide. I dont think that idea would work as the shim has a plug that rides in the cutout of the guide for a precision fit. So I am going to invest in another side edge guide and all of the shims to get the higher angles I want using only one shim at a time. All in all a great addition to my tool box and works very well. Saves you a little money and I dont see a performance loss over a dedicated angle not using the shim as long as it is clamped.

I like anything made in America. These adaptor plates are great. I got the 1 degree SVST side bevel guide and got a 1 degree plate so I can put a 2 degree side bevel on one of my snowboards and a 1 degree side bevel on the other. It's good quality.
