Product Description
Base tape helps protect ski and snowboard bases while you shape and file side edges. Tools can leave rub marks on fresh structures and fillings can become embedded in the base. Base tape is primarily used when prepping new skis, as this is when the bulk of the filing takes place. Apply in long strips to the base right along the edge, flexible enough to follow sidecut contour.

Not the best
I found this to not adhere too well. Also when trying to follow the waist of the ski it was a little resistant to conforming to the curve. Tends to tear easily as you run tools along the edge
