Swix Marathon powder is an extremely durable wax in a fluoro-free formula.
- Marathon Black is intended for use on wet, dirty snow.
- The black additive reduces friction with dirt particles in snowpack.

Application tips:
Marathon is a very hard wax which requires a hot iron to melt in. It is essential to use an accurate iron. Watch application video.
- Use a respirator.
- Sprinkle powder liberally and evenly on the ski base.
- Set waxing iron to 160°C.
- The speed of the iron should be approx. 5-7 sec. along the length of a skating ski.
- Make two passes.
- Allow wax to cool for 10-minutes.
- Scrape then brush with a soft steel, brass or copper brush.
