Swix Top Speed Black waxes have the same race-proven formula as the standard TS waxes, with the addition of a black additive which combats the dry friction encountered on contaminated or dirty snow. Swix TS7B is an excellent wax for conditions just below freezing, a perfect choice for much of the PNW early to mid season. The TS7B formula is harder than the standard TS7 making it more durable and less likely to absorb dirt. The solid black lubricant added to the wax reduces the dry friction encountered on contaminated snow.
